Tickets are available in advance online only this year (no sales at the door) and are $30 for the weekend for adults and free for accompanying kids 16 and under. Although your are encouraged to campout for the weekend, we do have a lesser number of tickets available for $15 for Friday and $20 for Saturday if you can’t do both.
All tickets include spacious family friendly camping, somewhat limited onsite parking (no street parking, please – and carpooling helps heaps!). Salt Spring Water Co dispensers are available for your water bottle refills. Friday night movie popcorn included.
Tree House Cafe and Fernwood Road Cafe employees please contact Ky for a discount code prior to purchasing tickets 🙂 We are also happy to provide a discount for our gracious Westcott, Maliview and Fer de Lance neighbours – please contact Ky for a code to get tickets in advance if you can, or have a chat with Nic at the door.
Volunteering prior to and/or during the event may an option in exchange for a ticket, please contact Ky via the Participate page if you are interested. We sincerely appreciate your joining in the fun if you feel so inclined. Volunteer spaces are limited, so please be in touch well in advance if you can. No one is turned away for lack of funds, and volunteering is a great way to work things out 🙂
This is a non-profit event, all ticket proceeds go towards offsetting reasonable compensation for the performers and providing some food for our hard working core volunteers. Thank you for helping to support our local music scene, and our community too 🙂 Whatever proceeds remain, if any, and donations received through the weekend immediately go towards supporting one of this year’s pressing community needs – the folks defending Fairy Creek.
Eventbrite ticket purchasing is embedded above on this page on our secure website. If you’d like to initiate your ticket purchase(s) on the Eventbrite ticketing site instead, you can just click the link at the start of this paragraph and complete your order there. Either way, it’s suggested to get your tickets soonish, or now, as ticket numbers are more limited this year to allow for a bit of extra space for everybody.
This is an event designed to help raise our kids together in community by fostering and modeling family friendly respectful behaviour – play and stay in grace! Attendees of the event accept all responsibility and liabilities for their actions, and by attending agree to be responsible for their family’s behaviour and to conduct themselves appropriately, which includes no drinking and driving. Please respect one another, our kids, and our neighbourhood community.
Thank you for supporting our local live music scene and helping to raise our kids together!
